IMPORTANT NOTICE
By accessing, creating an account for, or using the Dream Team Network App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Dream Team Network App or participate in any associated programs, content, or community.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Confidentiality Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver contained herein (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Dream Team Network App, including all coaching programs, training materials, communications, recordings, tools, and community features made available through the app (collectively, the “Network”).
By using the Network, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Dream Team Network LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Dream Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all users of the Network, including members, program participants, coaches acting in their capacity as users of the Network, customers, and any other authorized users.
Certain services or engagements offered by Dream Team may be governed by separate written agreements. Any paid products or services provided to customers may be subject to a separate order form or customer agreement, and any paid coaching services may be governed by a separate independent contractor or coaching agreement. In the event of a conflict, those agreements shall control solely with respect to the matters they expressly cover. These Terms govern all access to and use of the Dream Team Network App regardless of whether another agreement exists.
The Dream Team Network App is hosted and delivered through Mighty Networks, a third-party technology platform. You acknowledge and agree that Dream Team does not own, control, or operate Mighty Networks and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, data handling, outages, interruptions, feature changes, or acts or omissions of Mighty Networks or any other third-party service provider. Your use of the Network is also subject to Mighty Networks’ own terms, conditions, and policies.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Network unless Dream Team has expressly authorized participation with documented parental or legal guardian consent. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current. You may not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner while using the Network. You may not engage in harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, deceptive conduct, misuse of Network features, or unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of content. Dream Team reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Network for any conduct it deems inappropriate or harmful, with or without notice.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, software, and internet connectivity necessary to access the Network. Dream Team is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, delays, or inability to access the Network caused by user equipment, connectivity issues, or third-party systems.
The Network provides coaching, training, education, and community discussion related to mental skills, leadership, performance, business development, sales, career decision-making, networking, and professional growth. You acknowledge that no outcomes, results, earnings, career advancement, business success, or opportunities are guaranteed. All content provided through the Network is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
You understand and acknowledge that participation in coaching, training, and professional development involves inherent mental, emotional, financial, reputational, and professional risks, including risks associated with decision-making, changes in mindset or behavior, business or career choices, and interpersonal relationships. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, arising from your participation in or use of the Network.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Dream Team Network LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation in, reliance upon, access to, or use of the Network. This release includes claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties, except where prohibited by law. You further agree not to sue, file, or initiate any legal or administrative claim against any Released Party.
All content made available through the Network, including coaching materials, frameworks, methodologies, recordings, scripts, exercises, prompts, community posts, branding, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dream Team Network LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, record, screenshot, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any Network content without prior written authorization from Dream Team.
You may be exposed to proprietary and non-public information belonging to Dream Team or other users, including strategies, frameworks, techniques, business methods, and operational materials (“Confidential Information”). You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and to use it solely for your own personal or professional development within the Network. These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your access, except where disclosure is required by law.
By submitting any content to the Network, you grant Dream Team Network LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for any lawful purpose. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
You grant Dream Team Network LLC the right to record sessions and to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and contributions in connection with the Network for educational, community, quality assurance, and promotional purposes, without compensation.
Your use of the Network does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with Dream Team. Any paid coaching services are governed solely by separate written agreements. Dream Team does not supervise, guarantee, or endorse individual coaching outcomes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your conduct, your content, your misuse of the Network, your violation of these Terms, or disputes between you and other users.
Dream Team may suspend or terminate your access to the Network at any time, with or without notice. Provisions relating to assumption of risk, liability waiver, intellectual property, confidentiality, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Network shall be resolved through binding arbitration located in the State of Washington, unless prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream Team Network LLC regarding your use of the Dream Team Network App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to access or participation.
