Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Dream Team Network LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Dream Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the Dream Team Network App and related services (collectively, the “Network”).

By accessing or using the Network, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account or use the Network, including your name, email address, profile information, account credentials, communications, and any content you submit, post, message, upload, or otherwise share within the Network.

In some cases, users may voluntarily choose to share information they consider sensitive or confidential. This may include, without limitation, job offers, compensation details, performance metrics, interview materials, business data, career decisions, networking information, or other professional or employment-related information. Dream Team does not require, solicit, or request this information. Any such information is provided entirely at the user’s discretion and risk.

We also automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you access the Network, including IP address, device type, browser type, log data, usage patterns, and interaction data. This information is used to help operate, secure, and improve the Network.

We do not intentionally collect medical, health, biometric, or therapeutic information.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Network; to create and manage user accounts; to deliver coaching programs, content, and community features; to communicate with users; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to monitor usage and security; and for internal analytics and business operations.

Voluntarily shared professional or sensitive information is not used to evaluate users, make employment or compensation decisions, determine eligibility for opportunities, or provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or employment advice. Such information is used only as necessary to facilitate coaching discussions or community interactions initiated by the user and to operate the Network.

We may also use information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Dream Team, our users, and the Network.

User-Generated Content and Community Visibility

The Network includes community features, messaging tools, and interactive spaces that allow users to share information and content with others. Depending on the applicable settings and features, content you share may be visible to other users.

You are solely responsible for determining what information you choose to share and with whom. Dream Team does not control and cannot guarantee how other users may use, store, copy, or disclose information that you voluntarily share within the Network. Confidentiality of information shared in community or interactive areas cannot be guaranteed.

Third-Party Platform (Mighty Networks)

The Dream Team Network App is hosted and delivered through Mighty Networks, a third-party platform provider. Mighty Networks may collect and process information independently in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.

Dream Team does not own, control, or operate Mighty Networks and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, data handling, outages, interruptions, or acts or omissions of Mighty Networks or other third-party service providers. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Network, provided they are subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Dream Team, our users, or others.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.
